1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of food, herbal, and natural products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with. This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Expired product received
Product missing from the package

The return and replacement are accepted if it is raised within 24 hours. The replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

3. How to Request a Return

Approved refunds will be Credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
